CAPCOM split up a lot of the CPS-1 and CPS-2 library between the two CAPCOM Classics Collection volumes, but now it seems like everything is being piecemeal'd out. In the past, companies kinda-sorta did this already. Examples like TMNT IV: Turtles in Time (where the SNES version is superior to arcade) are few and far between. In most cases, these ports are either inferior to the original arcade release or just manage to be suitable equivalents. Setting that aside, these mini consoles are padded out by arcade ports anyway. I know the consoles carry more brand recognition.
